MEMBERSHIP FEE: There is a non-refundable annual membership fee, payable at the time of registration if registering in person.

REFUND POLICY: LIMITED REFUND POLICY (see cancellation policy). We have to do this because we hire our instructors based on our registration.

MAKE-UP POLICY: One make up day will be offered per 9 week period on a selected Friday for students currently enrolled in the 9 week period. Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins will not be accepted on make up day.

DROPPING A CLASS; MISSING CLASSES; CHANGING PROGRAM TO PROGRAM: Member/Registration fees are non-refundable. To cancel a class and receive a 100% refund of your class tuition, 9 week payment program members must withdraw at least One Week prior to the beginning of the first class of the new payment period. 9 week payment members who withdraw before the third class, will receive a 50% refund* of your 9 week class tuition. Customers paying full-year tuition will forfeit the 10% discount upon early withdrawal for any reason and the 9 week payment guidelines will apply accordingly. (*Members paying prorated fees are NOT eligible for refunds). Make up classes will be offered on a selected Saturday for Gymnastics, Cheer and Swim for each 9 week payment term. (See World of Kids Calendar of Events)

SCHEDULE CHANGE POLICY: Schedule changes are subject to class/session availability. All changes must be made at least TWO WEEKS prior to the scheduled session. All changes are subject to a $15 administrative fee. Please choose your classes carefully!

ILLNESS POLICY: Credits will be issued ONLY for extended illness (three or more consecutive lessons) with a note from your physician. The credit will be $10.00 a lesson.

MEDICAL REASONS FOR DROPPING A CLASS: For medical situations validated by a written acknowledgement from a licensed medical practitioner you will be granted a tuition credit prorated from THE DATE WE RECEIVE WRITTEN NOTICE. No credits will be issued for conflicts with other activities or vacations. Credits will be issued for extended illness only (see ILLNESS POLICY above).

USE OF SWIM DIAPERS: All students under the age of five (5) years are required to wear a reusable/washable swim diaper. These must have tight elastic around the waist and legs. Disposable swim diapers are NOT allowed. Students under the age of five will not be allowed in the pool without the appropriate swim diaper. NO EXCEPTIONS. Swim diapers may be purchased at the KAST-A-WAY Swim Shop located at the World of Swim. Swim diapers should be purchased before the first day of class.

POOL CLOSINGS: When a child vomits or has a bowel movement in the pool, the pool must be closed for sanitation. Should this occur, space permitting, we will try to schedule a make-up. Make-up lessons will be scheduled on Fridays. If a make-up cannot be scheduled, a credit for $10.oo will be issued for each student affected. If a make-up is scheduled, no credits will be issued.

POOL CLOSING FEE: If your child vomits or has a bowel movement in the pool thereby causing the pool to be closed, you will be assessed a fee of $300.00. Your child will not be allowed to participate in class until this fee is paid.

SEATING FOR PARENTS AND SIBLINGS: Parents and siblings of swim lesson students that wish to stay in the building during lessons MUST sit in the viewing area outside the pool area. You may not sit or stand on the pool deck surrounding the pool.

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: For and in consideration of the benefits to me from the use by me and/or my child(ren) of the facilities of World of Swim, Inc. (World of Kids Activities Campus, Inc.) and other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned, individually and if his/her heirs and personal representatives, hereby release World of Swim, Inc., World of Kids Activities Campus, Inc., owners, employees, agents and members from any and all claims of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising out of the use by me and/or my child(ren) of said facilities. The undersigned, individually and for his/her heirs and personal representatives, further agree to indemnify, defend and forever hold harmless World of Swim, Inc., World of Kids Activities Campus, inc., owners, employees, agents and members from any and all liability or loss whatsoever, (including any cost of defending claims) arising out of said use of said facilities.
